Le programme prévoit les projets suivants : - restauration d'un site industriel à Pont St Martin, pour encourager l'installation de PME industrielles et artisanales, ainsi que d'un "incubateur" de nouvelles entreprises, - création d'un centre d'activités de promotion industrielle à Verres, - restauration d'un site abandonné à Aoste pour l'installation d'un centre de formation post-universitaire. L'investissement total s'élèvera à 10 millions d'écus. Le programme sera réalisé au cours de la période 1990-1991.
