In order to allow operators to benefit from the exemption from import duties for young male bovine animals originating from third countries and intended for fattening and consumption in the French overseas departments or Madeira, as referred to in Article 27(1) of Regulation (EU) No 228/2013, certain conditions for that exemption need to be established.
