The immediate aftermath of accession saw an important series of steps, with Constitutional amendments, a new Judicial Systems Act (JSA), a new Civil Procedure Code, new Administrative procedure code and amendments to the Penal Procedure Code.

(13) In order to achieve the objective of exchange of information between Member States through interoperable means, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union should be delegated to the Commission in respect of amendments to Annexes I and II of this Regulation in the light of technical progress, in particular, in order to take into account relevant amendments to Directive 1999/37/EC or amendments to other Union acts directly relevant for the updating of Annexes I and II of this Regulation, in respect of the conditions which should be met by undertakings using professional vehicle registration certificates in order to satisfy the requirements of a good reputation and the requisite professional competence, and in respect of the duration of the validity of the professional vehicle registration certificates.
(13) Afin de réaliser l'objectif d'un échange d'informations entre les États membres grâce à des moyens interopérables, le pouvoir d'adopter des actes conformément à l'article 290 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne devrait être délégué à la Commission en vue de l'adoption de modifications aux annexes I et II du présent règlement pour les adapter au progrès technique, afin notamment de tenir compte des modifications pertinentes apportées à la directive 1999/37/CE ou à d'autres actes de l'Union directement applicables en ce qui concerne la mise à jour des annexes I et II du présent règlement, ainsi qu'en vue de la définition des conditions que doivent remplir les entreprises utilisant des certificats d'immatriculation professionnels pour satisfaire aux exigences en matière de bonne réputation et de compétences professionnelles et en vue de la détermination de la durée de validité des certificats d'immatriculation professionnels.

In order to ensure consistent harmonisation and to take account of developments in the markets for credit agreements or in the evolution of credit products or in economic conditions, and in order to further specify certain requirements in this Directive, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission in respect of amending the standard wording or the instructions for completing the ESIS and amending the remarks or update the assumptions used to calculate the APRC.

Parliament shall decide on the act requiring its consent under the Treaty on European Union or the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union by means of a single vote on consent, irrespective of whether the recommendation from the committee responsible is to approve or reject the act, and no amendments may be tabled. The majority required for the adoption of the consent shall be the majority indicated in the article of the Treaty on European Union or the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union that constitutes the legal basis for the proposed act or, where no majority is indicated therein, the majority of the votes cast.
