TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Since the objective of this Regulation, namely the achievement of the internal market through the introduction of common technical requirements for new type-approved vehicles equipped with the 112-based eCall in-vehicle system, cannot be sufficiently achieved by the Member States but can rather, by reason of its scale, be better achieved at Union level, the Union may adopt measures in accordance with the principle of subsidiarity as set out in Article 5 of the Treaty on European Union.
Étant donné que l'objectif du présent règlement, à savoir la réalisation du marché intérieur par l'introduction d'exigences techniques communes applicables aux nouveaux véhicules réceptionnés par type et équipés du système eCall embarqué fondé sur le numéro 112, ne peut pas être atteint de manière suffisante par les États membres mais peut, en raison de la dimension de l'action, l'être mieux au niveau de l'Union, celle-ci peut prendre des mesures conformément au principe de subsidiarité consacré à l'article 5 du traité sur l'Union européenne.

7. The choice of approval procedure shall not affect the applicable substantive requirements with which the approved vehicle type has to comply at the time of issuing of the whole-vehicle type-approval.

1. The manufacturer, in its capacity as the holder of a vehicle type-approval, shall deliver a certificate of conformity as a paper document to accompany each vehicle, whether complete, incomplete or completed, which is manufactured in conformity with the approved vehicle type.

The addition by a vehicle manufacturer to an approved vehicle of standard domestic or business equipment, other than mobile communication equipment (*) which complies with Directive 89/336/EEC, and is installed according to the recommendations of the equipment and vehicle manufacturers, or the substitution or removal thereof, shall not invalidate the vehicle approval.
L'intégration à un véhicule déjà réceptionné, par un constructeur de véhicules, d'équipements domestiques, ou bureautiques standards, à l'exception des appareils de communication (1), qui satisfait à la directive 89/336/CEE et installé, substitué ou supprimé conformément aux recommandations du constructeur ou de l'équipementier, ne doit pas invalider la réception du véhicule.
