Lastly, in the interest of optimum transparency and in order to avoid any overlpping, the Commission is proposing that, where an individual measure or operation is being financed, expenditure will be eligible during a specified period for assistance only from one Fund and not from a number of them at a time and that, moreover, an operation may benefit from assistance from a Fund or other instrument in connection with only one of the priority objectives.
