A limited increase in light agricultural infrastructure is planned with a view to improving the living and working conditions of the rural population; - 2 - - Industry and crafts: support for investments and the organization of enterprises, the development of an integrated services system and the consolidation of the infrastructure network; - Tourism: assistance to improve the quality of rural tourism by increasing accommodation capacity on farms, in health-cure centres and in inland areas, and by encouraging the restoration of sites and buildings of historical or cultural significance for tourism purposes; - Environment: promotion of afforestation with a view to improving the landscape, ecological afforestation and the protection of the Tronto riverbank, the creation of green areas near to urban centres, the development or creation of nature parks and atmospheric monitoring; - Human resources: the success of the programme depends on an appropriate training effort.
Est prévue en outre une augmentation limitée des infrastructures agricoles légères dans le but d'améliorer les conditions de vie et de travail des populations rurales; - Dans le secteur de l'industrie et de l'artisanat, le soutien à l'investissement et à l'organisation des entreprises, le développement d'un système intégré de services, la consolidation du système infrastructurel; - Dans le secteur du tourisme, le soutien à une meilleure qualification du produit touristique rural, en améliorant d'une part la capacité d'accueil dans les fermes et les infrastructures thermales et d'accueil dans les zones internes, et d'autre part en encourageant la récupération de biens d'importance historique ou culturelle pour des finalités touristiques; - Dans le secteur de l'environnement, l'encouragement au boisement en vue d'améliorer le paysage, le boisement écologique et la protection hydraulique des rives du fleuve Tronto, la création d'espaces verts dans les zones péri-urbaines, l'aménagement ou la création de parcs naturels, le monitorage de l'atmosphère; - Enfin, en ce qui concerne le développement des ressources humaines, la réussite du programme exige un effort adéquat de formation.
