Now that we have a bit more information on where the U.S. prospectively is going, part of our Canada-U.S. study is to model different allocation scenarios and try to gauge the impact, both nationally on GDP but also sectorally and regionally, to come up with plausible advice that hangs together about how to do it given a certain set of circumstances.
À présent que nous disposons d'un peu plus d'information quant à la direction que pourraient prendre les États-Unis, notre étude comparative entre le Canada et les États-Unis consistera notamment à élaborer divers scénarios touchant l'attribution des droits en vue d'en évaluer les répercussions, tant à l'échelle nationale — sur le PIB, par exemple — qu'à l'échelle sectorielle et régionale. L'objectif consiste à formuler des avis vraisemblables quant à l'approche à adopter selon les circonstances.
