They also make it compulsory for the Registry to manage the ‘.EU’ domain name in the general interest, to observe transparent and non-discriminatory procedures and to conform to best national practices.
Au plan des principes généraux, les amendements soulignent le but recherché de créer pour le domaine ".EU" une image de marque de qualité, réaffirment pour la gestion de l'Internet les principes de non-ingérence, d'autogestion et d'autoréglementation régulièrement prônés par notre Parlement, obligent le registre à gérer le domaine ".EU" dans l'intérêt général, à observer des procédures transparentes et non discriminatoires et à se conformer aux meilleures pratiques nationales.
