The number of recalls I see as a pharmacist that the consumer doesn't, where we've determined that oh, oh, this product doesn't have as much as it said it does; oh, oh, we put something into this eye drop that shouldn't be there; oh, oh, we're having granulations over here that shouldn't be there; oh, oh.I probably get a drug recall notice every second week from the drug industry, but because it's self-regulating, no consumer knows about it, no MP knows about it.
Le consommateur n'est pas au courant, mais moi, comme pharmacien, je constate combien il y a de retraits parce que tel produit ne contient pas tout ce qu'il est censé contenir, ou parce que des gouttes pour les yeux contiennent un produit qui ne devrait pas s'y trouver, ou parce qu'un produit présente des granulations. Il ne se passe probablement pas de quinzaine sans que je reçoive une demande de retrait d'un fabricant, mais parce qu'il y a autoréglementation aucun consommateur, aucun député n'est au courant.
