[English] Mr. Ken Foster: In regard to the CCMTA, all I can say is that it's very difficult to find somebody within the CCMTA who can explain to you what they mean with regard to their proposed changes.

While there have may have been good intentions at the time of trucking deregulation to use the CCMTA as a mechanism to ensure that trucking regulation over extra-provincial trucking would be consistently applied across the country, the fact is that the mechanism in place under CCMTA is flawed.
