The programme is under the guidance of the headquarters of the CICIBA (International centre for Bantu civilizations) in Libreville and sets out to support a number of cultural activities for the peoples of the CICIBA Mezmber States (Angola, Central African Republic, Comoros, Congo, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Rwanda, Sao Tome e Principe, Zaire and Zambia) and Cameroon.
Piloté à partir du siège du Centre International des Civilisations bantu (CICIBA) à Libreville, il vise, à cet effet, à soutenir un ensemble d'activités culturelles au bénéfice des populations dans les Etats Membres du CICIBA ainsi qu'au Cameroun.
