In any case, it is considered that under Article 2(5) of the basic Regulation, the sole fact that the price of gas charged by the supplier to its clients is cost covering is as such not a criterion to establish whether the costs of production of the like product as booked in the company’s accounts are reasonably reflecting the costs associated with the production and sale of the product under investigation.
