(7) The Combined Nomenclature codes mentioned in this Regulation are those of 2000, as provided in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 of 23 July 1987 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff(2).

Annex of the Regulation on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff should reflect the agreed modifications of concessions for the processed poultry meat (chapter 16 of the Combined Nomenclature).

For the purposes of this Regulation, goods for external trade purposes should be classified in accordance with the Combined Nomenclature established by Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 of 23 July 1987 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff (hereinafter referred to as the Combined Nomenclature).
Aux fins du présent règlement, il y a lieu de classer les biens destinés au commerce extérieur conformément à la «nomenclature combinée» instaurée par le règlement (CEE) no 2658/87 du Conseil du 23 juillet 1987 relatif à la nomenclature tarifaire et statistique et au tarif douanier commun , ci-après dénommée «nomenclature combinée».

(5) For the purpose of this Regulation commodities for external trade purposes should be classified in accordance with the 'Combined Nomenclature' established by Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 of 23 July 1987 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff , hereinafter referred to as the 'Combined Nomenclature'.

‘fishery products’ mean any products which fall under Chapter 03 and Tariff headings 1604 and 1605 of the Combined Nomenclature established by Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 of 23 July 1987 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff , with the exception of the products listed in Annex I of this Regulation.

The agriculture and fishery products in question fall under codes NC 0302699500 and 0302699400 according to the classification of the Common Customs Tariff nomenclature (Commission Regulation (EC) No 2031/2001 of 6 August 2001, amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff, OJ L 279, 23.10.2001, p. 1.).
