The Commission will: (29) Use its structured dialogue with leading international and European sport organisations and other sport stakeholders to encourage them and their members to participate in the Eco Management Audit Scheme (EMAS) and Community Eco-Label Award schemes, and promote these voluntary schemes during major sport events; (30) Promote green procurement in its political dialogue with Member States and other concerned parties; (31) Raise awareness, through guidance developed in cooperation with relevant stakeholders (policy makers, SMEs, local communities), about the need to work together in partnership at the regional level to organise sport events in a sustainable way; (32) Take sport into account as part of the "Information and Communication" component of the new LIFE+ programme.
La Commission va: 29) utiliser le dialogue structuré qu'elle a développé avec les principales organisations sportives internationales et européennes et avec les autres acteurs du sport pour les encourager ainsi que leurs membres à participer au système communautaire de management environnemental et d'audit (EMAS) et aux systèmes communautaires d'attribution de labels écologiques, et promouvoir ces systèmes volontaires au cours de manifestations sportives importantes; 30) promouvoir une politique d'achats écologique dans le cadre de son dialogue politique avec les États membres et les autres parties concernées; 31) sensibiliser les parties, par un accompagnement mis en place en collaboration avec les acteurs concernés (responsables politiques, PME et collectivités locales), à la nécessité de collaborer au niveau régional pour organiser des manifestations sportives de manière durable; 32) intégrer le sport dans le volet «Information et communication» du nouveau programme LIFE+.

This work will be closely co-ordinated with the Community environmental management and audit scheme (EMAS), the Community eco-label award scheme, with existing Member State public purchasing guidelines and practices, and with Community Best Practices as they become established.
Ces travaux seront étroitement coordonnés avec le système communautaire de management environnemental et d'audit (EMAS), le système communautaire écolabel, avec les orientations et les pratiques des Etats membres dans le domaine des marchés publics et, à terme, avec les meilleures pratiques communautaires.

As part of a comprehensive package of measures, the strategy proposed the inclusion of aviation in the Community scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading and provided for the creation of a multi-stakeholder working group on aviation as part of the second phase of the European Climate Change Programme to consider ways of including aviation in the Community scheme.
