Le présent programme de coopération de la Communauté finance des actions qui associent, d'une manière cohérente, les principes généraux de la politique communautaire en matière de coopération et de développement, des stratégies communautaires de coopération et de développement nationales et régionales en faveur des pays tiers concernés et complètent les actions, notamment dans les domaines des migrations, de l'asile, du contrôle aux frontières, des réfugiés et des personnes déplacées, visées dans la mise en œuvre de ces stratégies et financées par d'autres instruments communautaires relevant du domaine de la coopération et du développement.

(3) This Community co-operation programme finances appropriate actions which join in a coherent and complementary way the general principles of Community cooperation and development policy and national and regional Community co-operation and development strategies regarding the third countries concerned and complete the actions – in particular in the fields of management of migratory flows, return and reintegration of migrants in their country of origin, asylum, border control, refugees and displaced people – foreseen in the implementation of these strategies and financed from other Community instruments in the field of co-operation and development.
