I feel that we must constantly stress that the Internet is a wonderful experience, and it must be so also when we create a European domain for, apart from anything else, it has been entrusted to self-regulation, to the ability of the operators to manage themselves.
Je crois qu'il est de notre devoir de rappeler sans cesse que l'Internet est une expérience merveilleuse et qu'il doit l'être aussi au moment où nous créons un domaine européen, notamment parce qu'il a été confié à l'autoréglementation, à la capacité d'autogestion des opérateurs.
