TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

The development and follow-up of the policy guidelines and actions proposed at the end of each section in this Communication will be ensured through the implementation instruments of the Erasmus+ and Horizon 2020 Programmes; the joint reporting on the strategic framework for European cooperation in education and training (ET 2020); the governance provisions of the Europe 2020 strategy and the annual EU Education and Training Monitor; and the Bologna process and policy dialogue with key international stakeholders.
La réalisation et le suivi des orientations et actions stratégiques proposées à la fin de chaque partie de la présente communication seront assurés par les instruments de mise en œuvre des programmes Erasmus+ et Horizon 2020, l’élaboration de rapports communs sur le cadre stratégique pour la coopération européenne dans le domaine de l'éducation et de la formation (ET 2020), les dispositions relatives à la gouvernance établies dans la stratégie Europe 2020 et le suivi de l’éducation et de la formation annuel de l’UE et, enfin, par le processus de Bologne et le dialogue politique avec les principales parties intéressées internationales.

The Community model of certified copy of a complementary certificate shall be on A4 paper, listing information numbered as in Annex II section 1 and containing the date when the driver has ceased driving trains for the RU/IM, in accordance with Articles 6(2) and 17 of Directive 2007/59/EC.

In the judgments of 25 February 1994 by the regional court of Lazio, Section 1a, the court admitted the appeals: legislative decree No 257 of 8 August must not be applied by the national courts since this decree reserves application of Community law to those doctors accepted for specialist training in the 1991/92 academic year, leaving the previous training programme for specialist doctors in place.

This Communication accordingly proposes a framework of indicators and benchmarks for the follow-up of the Lisbon objectives in the area of education and training, which is coherent and for the first time fully reflects the more detailed objectives within Education Training 2010 (section 2).

Priority in the selection of the actions mentionned in Section B of the Annex will go to those which offer a practical demonstration of the advantages of education and training, those highlighting education and training actions as part of a lifelong learning approach, those promoting amongst the social partners, with due respect for national laws and, where appropriate, by means of collective training, those which show the contribution made by international cooperation, and those which disseminate the results of Community interventions.
Dans la sélection des actions visées au point B de l'annexe, la priorité sera donnée à celles qui offrent une illustration pratique des avantages de l'éducation et de la formation, à celles qui mettent en évidence la place des actions d'éducation et de formation dans l'apprentissage tout au long de la vie; à celles qui encouragent les partenaires sociaux, dans le respect des règles nationales et le cas échéant à travers des conventions collectives, à contribuer à assurer une formation initiale et une formation continue; à celles qui illustrent l'apport de la coopération internationale et à celles qui diffusent les résultats d'interventions communautaires.
