Such information shall include, but shall not be limited to, the most recent summary of product characteristics and labelling and package leaflet of the medicinal product as approved by the competent authorities during the course of marketing authorisation and its renewal, and the most recent, publicly accessible version of the assessment report as drawn up by the competent authorities, and updates thereof;

1. At the latest 10 working days before the entry into force of an aid scheme, or the granting of individual aid outside any scheme, exempted by this Regulation, Member States shall forward to the Commission, with a view to its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union, a summary of the information regarding such aid scheme or individual aid in computerised form and as laid down in Annex I. Within five working days from receiving that summary, the Commission shall send a notice of receipt with an identification number and publish the summary on the internet.

Au plus tard dix jours ouvrables avant l’entrée en vigueur du régime d’aide, ou l’octroi d’une aide individuelle en dehors de tout régime d’aide, exempté par le présent règlement, les États membres adressent à la Commission, en vue de sa publication au Journal officiel de l'Union européenne, un résumé des informations relatives à ce régime d'aide ou à cette aide individuelle, selon le modèle sous forme électronique et prévu à l'annexe I. The European Public Assessment Report (EPAR) shall include a summary written in a manner that is understandable to the public. The summary shall contain in particular a section relating to the conditions of use of the medicinal product.
Le rapport européen public d'évaluation (EPAR) contient un résumé qui doit être compréhensible par le public et qui comporte notamment une section relative aux conditions d'utilisation du médicament.
