Things like electric blankets will increase that substantially, and there have been studies showing an increased risk of women miscarrying if they're exposed to a magnetic field, if they happen to sleep under an electric blanket, or if they happen to sleep on a waterbed that's heated electrically and hence produces a magnetic field.
