As prices set on the domestic market by the two main producers, including discounts, are widely communicated on a monthly basis to all distributors, even in the absence of discounts granted by other producers to their customers, the price fixing for goods that end on the domestic market and those further exported was highly influenced by the pricing system that existed in Taiwan.

2. For a period ending six months after the publication of the first list of control bodies recognised pursuant to paragraph 5, the competent authority of a Member State may authorise importers in that Member State to place on the market products imported from third countries which are not included in the list referred to in paragraph 4, provided that the importer provides sufficient evidence showing that the conditions referred to in points (a) and (b) of paragraph 3 are satisfied.
