I believe an important sector of the U.S. government absolutely wants to go to war, and this is right now the sector, unfortunately, in my opinion, that controls things, and yet I still don't think we're talking about ephemera, because this war is not yet inevitable and there are important people in the United States, not just among the public, but in the military, in the State Department, and throughout the government, who have grave questions Brent Scowcroft was mentioned.
