Today's Communication responds to the invitation in the Stockholm Programme for the Commission to assess the need for a European Information Exchange Model based on an evaluation of existing instruments.

3. Development of Common Reporting and Exchange Model: The Parties are committed to working with Partner Jurisdictions and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development on adapting the terms of this Agreement and other agreements between the United States and Partner Jurisdictions to a common model for automatic exchange of information, including the development of reporting and due diligence standards for financial institutions.
3. Développement d’un modèle commun de déclaration et d’échange de renseignements : Les parties s’engagent à travailler avec des juridictions partenaires et avec l’Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques à l’adaptation des dispositions du présent Accord et d’autres accords conclus entre les États-Unis et des juridictions partenaires afin de réaliser un modèle commun d’échange automatique de renseignements, incluant des normes de déclaration et de diligence raisonnable pour les institutions financières.
