I do think it would be better than what we have now, but I think that the Ontario Cancer Research Ethics Board model, the model of having one central board, again staffed by experts, with volunteers but not only volunteers, is, in my view, the best model in terms of both getting the expertise you need around the table and making it move more quickly.
Ce serait préférable à la situation actuelle, mais je crois que le modèle de l'Ontario Cancer Research Ethic Board, c'est-à-dire un comité central doté de spécialistes et épaulé par des bénévoles, mais pas uniquement des bénévoles, est le meilleur modèle tant sur le plan des compétences qui sont indispensables, que sur celui de la rapidité de la réaction.
