TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

In order to ensure strict budgetary discipline, and taking into account the Commission Communication of 16 April 2010 on the adaptation of the ceiling of own resources and of the ceiling for appropriations for commitments following the decision to apply FISIM for own resources purposes, the ceiling of own resources should be equal to 1,23 % of the sum of the Member States' GNIs at market prices for appropriations for payments and the ceiling of 1,29 % of the sum of the Member States' GNIs should be set for appropriations for commitments.
Afin de garantir une discipline budgétaire stricte et compte tenu de la communication de la Commission du 16 avril 2010 relative à l'adaptation du plafond des ressources propres et du plafond des crédits pour engagements à la suite de la décision d'appliquer les services d'intermédiation financière indirectement mesurés (SIFIM) aux fins des ressources propres, le plafond des ressources propres devrait être égal à 1,23 % de la somme des RNB des États membres aux prix du marché pour les crédits pour paiements et le plafond pour les crédits pour engagements devrait être fixé à 1,29 % de la somme des RNB des États membres.

4. Member States shall carry out the calculation and allocation of financial intermediation services indirectly measured (Fisim) in national accounts in accordance with the methodology described in Annex A. The Commission shall lay down before the end of 2012, by means of delegated acts in accordance with Articles 7, 8 and 9, a methodology for the calculation and allocation of Fisim, incorporating a risk-adjusted method that adequately reflects the expected future cost of realised risk.
4. Les États membres effectuent les calculs et la répartition des services d'intermédiation financière indirectement mesurés (SIFIM) dans les comptes nationaux conformément à la méthodologie décrite à l'annexe A. Avant la fin 2012, la Commission arrête, au moyen d'actes délégués et conformément aux articles 7, 8 et 9, la méthode de calcul et de répartition des SIFIM, en y incorporant une méthode adaptée au risque qui reflète comme il convient le coût futur attendu du risque réalisé.
