Takes note from the Court’s report that the Agency has awarded grants under five grant programmes to consortia consisting of environmental institutions and bodies in Europe, United Nations organisations and national environment organisations; observes that the total grant expenditure in 2013 was EUR 13 900 000, representing 31 % of the total operating expenditure; acknowledges that following the Court’s comment of last year, the Agency intensified its checks on the eligibility and accuracy of staff costs claimed under the grant programmes, as these represent the major part of total costs;

Intermediate organisations reporting to the responsible authority shall submit to that authority a list of approved projects for each national implementation programme, indicating for each project its full name and that of the recipients of the grant implementing it, the date on which the assistance was granted, the amounts committed and paid, the expenditure period concerned and the total amount of expenditure per measure.
Les organismes intermédiaires qui font rapport à l'autorité responsable lui présentent une liste des projets approuvés pour chaque programme national de mise en oeuvre indiquant pour chacun de ces projets, outre son identification complète et celle des bénéficiaires des subventions qui mettent en oeuvre les projets, la date d'octroi de l'aide, les montants engagés et payés, la période de dépenses en cause et la somme des dépenses par mesure.
