Senator Banks: I am curious to know what the process is, because you have had a more than grazing attachment to a lot of the things you are talking about — the peace dividend, and the concept, as you mentioned, of making the general public attitude with respect to the deficit, ongoing deficit, the annual deficit and the big one, different than it was.
