It is also proposed to replace part of financing from Community funds with increased national cofinancing, access to loans or private cofinancing; to establish a maximum period of time during which regions may receive structural funds; and to make access to cohesion policy contingent upon the implementation of a national economic policy defined on the basis of the criteria laid down in the Lisbon Strategy and the Stability and Growth Pact.
Il est également proposé de remplacer une partie du financement au titre des fonds communautaires par une augmentation du cofinancement national, un accès aux emprunts ou le cofinancement privé; d’établir une période maximale pour la perception par les régions d’aides au titre des Fonds structurels et de subordonner l’accès à la politique de cohésion à la mise en œuvre d’une politique économique nationale définie en fonction des critères établis par la stratégie de Lisbonne et par le pacte de stabilité et de croissance.
