La prescription de l’annexe II, chapitre I, point 4, du règlement (CE) no 852/2004 (1), selon laquelle il faut «un nombre suffisant de lavabos . équipés d’eau courante, chaude et froide», doit-elle être interprétée en ce sens que le terme «Handwaschbecken» employé dans la version allemande de ce texte désigne toute installation (pourvue d’une arrivée d’eau chaude) pour le lavage des mains ou uniquement un lavabo destiné exclusivement au lavage des mains?
