This national network will link ARC and other specialized applied research and development partners across the country and create a critical mass comparable to SRI and Battelle in the U.S., TNO in Holland, and Fraunhofer in Germany (0905) I-CAN will facilitate access to specialized facilities and expertise across Canada and strengthen the technology commercialization process to benefit industry, especially our small and medium-sized enterprises.
