23.1 (1) Any amount to be paid in respect of a member to an eligible employer pursuant to a transfer agreement entered into under section 40.2 of the Public Service Superannuation Act, or to be paid to the member as a consequence of that payment, shall be reduced by the actuarial present value of the reduction that would have been made to the member’s pension benefits under sections 20 and 21 had the member remained employed in the Public Service.

6. Where an equine animal is to be treated under the conditions referred to in Article 10(3) of Directive 2001/82/EC, the veterinarian responsible shall enter in Part III of Section II of the identification document the requisite details of the medicinal product containing substances essential or bringing added clinical benefit for the treatment of equidae listed in Regulation (EC) No 1950/2006.
6. For undertakings which have benefited from BesAR, but which paid less than they should have according to the rules laid down in Section 3.7.2 of the 2014 Guidelines (notably the eligibility criteria in points 185, 186 and 187 and the proportionality criteria in points 188 and 189), the adjusted EEG-surcharge for 2013 must not exceed 125 % of the surcharge that they actually paid in that year.

The products eligible for a refund under paragraph 1 shall meet the relevant requirements of Regulations (EC) No 852/2004 and (EC) No 853/2004 and, in particular, shall be prepared in an approved establishment and comply with the identification marking conditions laid down in Section I of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 853/2004.

In terms of the two amendments on ballot identification, the one on section 68 concerning the limit imposed on parties to endorse only one candidate per district is amended to replace the phrase " registered party or eligible party" by " political party" .
