Following the examination referred to in paragraph 1, the Commission may reduce, suspend or cancel assistance in respect of the measures concerned if the examination reveals irregularity, an improper combination of funds or a failure to comply with one of the conditions in the decision to grant assistance, and in particular any significant change affecting the nature or conditions of implementation of the measure for which the Commission's approval has not been sought.
À la suite de l'examen visé à l'alinéa précédent, la Commission est habilitée à réduire, suspendre ou supprimer le concours relatif aux actions concernées lorsque l'examen révèle une irrégularité ou un cumul indu ou le non-respect d'une des conditions indiquées dans la décision d'octroi du concours, ou notamment une modification importante affectant la nature ou les conditions de mise en oeuvre de l'action et pour laquelle l'approbation de la Commission n'a pas été demandée.
