One recommendation sums it up – and the Commissioner quoted it: "We invite the FAO to establish an intergovernmental working group to elaborate in a period of two years a set of voluntary guidelines for Member States to achieve the progressive realisation of the right to adequate food". What a message of hope for the hungry. What a cop-out. Think nothing, see nothing, do nothing.
