This agreement comes at a time of renewed efforts by the member countries of the Lake Chad Basin Commission (LCBC) and Benin to eliminate the threat posed by the Boko Haram terrorist group and create conditions for the rehabilitation of the affected areas and people.
Cet accord intervient à un moment où les pays membres de la Commission du bassin du lac Tchad (CBLT) et du Bénin redoublent d'efforts pour éliminer la menace que constitue le groupe terroriste Boko Haram et pour créer les conditions propices à la réhabilitation des populations et des zones touchées.
