TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Given that some alternatives to fluorinated greenhouse gases used in products and equipment to replace and reduce the use of fluorinated greenhouse gases can be toxic, flammable or highly pressurised, the Commission should examine existing Union legislation covering the training of natural persons for the safe-handling of alternative refrigerants and, if appropriate, should submit a legislative proposal to the European Parliament and to the Council to amend the relevant Union legislation.

6. No later than 1 January 2017, the Commission shall publish a report examining Union legislation with respect to the training of natural persons for the safe handling of alternative refrigerants to replace or reduce the use of fluorinated greenhouse gases and shall submit, if appropriate, a legislative proposal to the European Parliament and to the Council to amend the relevant Union legislation.
6. Le 1er janvier 2017 au plus tard, la Commission publie un rapport examinant la législation de l’Union relative à la formation des personnes physiques à la manipulation sans danger de fluides frigorigènes de substitution visant à remplacer ou à réduire l’utilisation de gaz à effet de serre fluorés et soumet, le cas échéant, une proposition législative au Parlement européen et au Conseil visant à modifier la législation de l’Union pertinente.

In the light of the Framework Agreement on relations between the European Parliament and the European Commission (1) signed on 20 October 2010 (‘the Framework Agreement’) and the Interinstitutional Agreement between the European Parliament and the Council concerning the forwarding to and handling by the European Parliament of classified information held by the Council on matters other than those in the area of the Common Foreign and Security Policy (2) signed on 12 March 2014 (‘the Interinstitutional Agreement’), it is necessary to lay down specific rules on the treatment of confidential information by the European Parliament.
Vu l'accord-cadre sur les relations entre le Parlement européen et la Commission européenne (1), signé le 20 octobre 2010 (ci-après dénommé «accord-cadre»), et l'accord interinstitutionnel entre le Parlement européen et le Conseil relatif à la transmission au Parlement européen et au traitement par celui-ci des informations classifiées détenues par le Conseil concernant d'autres questions que celles relevant de la politique étrangère et de sécurité commune (2), signé le 12 mars 2014, («l'accord interinstitutionnel»), il est nécessaire de définir des règles spécifiques sur le traitement des informations confidentielles par le Parlement européen.
