In 1994, the Finnish Forest Industries Federation and the Central Union of Agricultural Producers and Forest Owners of Finland (MTK) entered into centrally organised negotiations on prices and volumes, which were considered by the EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA) as a national price cartel and a regional market sharing arrangement.
En 1994, la Fédération des Industries forestières finlandaises et l'Union centrale des Producteurs agricoles et des Propriétaires forestiers de Finlande (MTK) sont entrés en négociations sur les prix et volumes. Celles- ci, organisées de manière centralisée, ont été considérées par l'Autorité de Surveillance EFTA (ASE) comme représentant à la fois un cartel national de prix et un accord de partage du marché régional.
