(b) maintain all its passenger carrying cars, when in service, including the toilet and lavatory facilities therein, in a clean and sanitary condition with proper ventilation, heat and lights; and
b) tenir bien aérées, chauffées et éclairées et dans un état propre et salubre ses voitures pour voyageurs lorsqu’elles sont en service, y compris les cabinets de toilette ou d’aisances qui s’y trouvent; et
