A cet effet, les actions portent sur l'animation economique (fonction informative et de guidance des PME dans le domaine des reglementations, des technologies et des besoins du marche), l'assistance et le conseil en gestion (assistance d'evaluation de faisabilite d'un projet industriel), les etudes de risque (du point de vue industriel et financier, ainsi que de l'impact de la mise en oeuvre du projet dans la PME), les analyses sectorielles (agro-alimentaire, bois, recuperation des dechets, biochimie et tourisme) et la creation de services communs (creation d'un "workshop" mettant a la disposition de candidats porteurs de projets un centre de documentation, d'informatique ou de telex).

It includes in particular : - under Regis (ECU 43.4 million), port and airport improvements, anti- cyclone measures, industrial and crafts facilities, the protection and improvement of two yachting harbours, the construction of an international university hall of residence, support for the agri- food industry, the strengthening of the plant production sector, afforestation and forestry improvements, training in tropical agriculture and tertiary industries; - under Envireg (ECU 3.8 million), coastal cleaning operations, the management of household waste, the development of tourism-related sites, the application of anti-pollution regulations to SMEs, the training of technicians in water treatment, the recycing of waste water used in agriculture and the management of plant waste; - under Stride (ECU 3.6 million), an agrobiology research programme, a hydraulic laboratory, the exploitation of essential oils, the strengthening of research and development capacities in enterprises.
Il comporte notamment : - au titre de REGIS (43,4 MECU), des aménagements portuaires et aéroportuaires, la protection anticyclonique, d'équipements industriels et artisanaux, la protection et l'aménagement de deux ports de plaisance, la construction d'une cité universitaire internationale, le soutien à la filière agroalimentaire, le renforcement des filières de productions agricoles végétales, le reboisement et l'aménagement forestier, la formation à l'agriculture tropicale et aux activités tertiaires; - au titre d'ENVIREG (3,8 MECU), des opérations d'assainissement du littoral, la gestion des déchets ménagers, la valorisation de sites d'intérêt touristique, l'application de normes anti-pollution aux PME, la formation de techniciens pour le traitement des eaux, la réutilisation des eaux usées agricoles et la gestion des déchets végétaux; - au titre de STRIDE (3,6 MECU), un programme de recherche agrobiologique, un laboratoire hydraulique, la valorisation des huiles essentielles, le renforcement des capacités de recherche- développement des entreprises.
