In assessing the best interests of the child, Member States should in particular take due account of the principle of family unity, the minor’s well-being and social development, safety and security considerations and the views of the minor in accordance with his or her age and maturity.
Lorsqu’ils apprécient l’intérêt supérieur de l’enfant, les États membres devraient en particulier tenir dûment compte du principe de l’unité familiale, du bien-être et du développement social du mineur, de considérations tenant à la sûreté et à la sécurité et de l’avis du mineur en fonction de son âge et de sa maturité.
