Clinical picture compatible with mumps, e.g. acute onset of uni- or bilateral tender, self-limited swelling of the parotid or other salivary gland, lasting >2 days, and without other apparent cause.
Tableau clinique compatible avec les oreillons, se caractérisant par l'apparition brutale d'une tuméfaction unilatérale ou bilatérale, douloureuse, spontanément résolutive, de la glande parotide ou d'une autre glande salivaire, durant plus de deux jours et sans autre cause apparente.
