The CMRB came back with a recommendation for a 3B medical release based on the original 6 minute examination visit, and the incomplete report and assessment of the specialist as well as the improper diagnosis of the regimental MOIt seems very apparent the written representation, all the paperwork and the pictures most likely never made it to the CMRB members.
