The Commission will work with the Member States to make full use of the co-financing opportunities offered by the Structural Funds, including the future programming period, in order to promote women’s access to employment and career progression and to improve the work-life balance, in particular through the provision of affordable and quality childcare facilities.
La Commission travaillera de concert avec les États membres pour exploiter pleinement les possibilités de cofinancement offertes par les Fonds structurels, y compris au cours de la prochaine période de programmation, afin de favoriser l'accès des femmes à l'emploi et leur progression de carrière, et pour améliorer l'équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée, notamment grâce à une offre de services d'accueil pour enfants qui soient abordables et de qualité.
