The waters in the County of Northumberland excepting the waters described in Division 8; the waters in the Regional Municipality of Durham excepting the waters of the Beaver River (formerly known as the Beaverton River) and its tributaries in the geographic Township of Brock, extending upstream from Lake Simcoe to the first dam, and excepting waters described in Division 8; the waters of the Talbot River, its tributaries and the Trent Canal system in the geographic Township of Brock, in the Regional Municipality of Durham and in the geographic Township of Mara, in the County of Simcoe; together with that part of Dalrymple Lake in the geographic Township of Mara, in the County of Simcoe excepting that part of the Trent River downstream of the Trent-Severn waterway Lock 9 at the head of Percy Reach to the boundary between the counties of Northumberland and Hastings.

19. In the representation order declared in force by proclamation of October 1, 2013 under the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act, paragraph 71 of the part relating to Ontario is amended by substituting the name “Northumberland — Peterborough South” for the name “Northumberland — Pine Ridge”.
