2. Upon request by the Commission, the Court of Auditors or the European Anti-fraud Office (OLAF), the auditor who delivers the certificate on the financial statements and on the methodology shall grant access to the supporting documents and audit working papers on the basis of which a certificate on the financial statements or on the methodology was issued.

7. By 1 July of the following year, the Executive Director shall send the final accounts, together with the opinion of the Management Board, to the budgetary authority, the Commission’s Accounting Officer, the Court of Auditors as well as the countries associated with the implementation, application and development of the Schengen acquis and Eurodac-related measures.

6. The Registrar may be deprived of his office only if he no longer fulfils the requisite conditions or no longer meets the obligations arising from his office; the Court shall take its decision after giving the Registrar an opportunity to make representations.

7.
