A few days ago, the Commission presented, “good practices” for companies which have placed diversity and the integration of persons with disabilities at the core of their development. These companies, be they big interim work or publishing companies, show that where there is a will there is a way to bring in a configuration of work organisation and jobs which integrates all manners of diversity.
Qu’il s’agisse de grandes entreprises de travail intérimaire ou d’édition, elles montrent que, là où il existe une volonté d’avancer, on trouve aussi les moyens d’inventer l’organisation du travail et les emplois qui intègrent toutes les diversités.
