Member States shall require operators and owners of non-production installations to ensure that advice received from the independent verifier pursuant to this Article under paragraph 3(a) and the responses and actions to such advice are made available to the competent authority and retained by the operator or the owner of a non- production installation for a period of six months after completion of the offshore oil and gas operations to which they relate.
