The cooperation agreement, referred to in paragraph 2, shall contain rules in particular on: the total amount of the Union contribution and a schedule on how it will be made available; the trust account conditions to be set up by the contracted implementing body; the eligibility criteria for the use of the Union contribution; the details of the exact risk-sharing (including the leverage ratio) to be covered and the guarantees to be provided by the contracted implementing body; the pricing of the risk-sharing instrument based on the risk margin and the coverage of all the administrative costs of the risk-sharing instrument; the application and approval procedure for the project proposals covered by the risk-sharing instrument; the period of availability of the risk-sharing instrument; and the reporting requirements.

What would Galicia's situation be in the infrastructure investment plan drawn up – according to media reports – by the former Belgian Commissioner Karel van Miert in agreement with the Commission and the Italian Presidency, based on the construction of 45 major projects with investment amounting to EUR 600 billion in the years up to 2020, bearing in mind the level of investments and the schedule for the implementation of projects, particularly as regards the high-speed railway which is to link Galicia with the centre of Europe through the central Spanish plateau, and at the same time provide a direct link with Portugal?
Quelle serait la place de la Galice dans le plan d'investissements en infrastructures préparé par l'ex-commissaire belge Karel van Miert en accord avec la Commission et avec la présidence italienne - d'après les médias -, reposant sur la réalisation de 45 grands projets, pour un investissement de 600 milliards d'euros d'ici 2020, en ce qui concerne les montants des investissements et le calendrier des réalisations, en particulier pour le chemin de fer à grande vitesse qui unira la Galice au centre de l'Europe à travers la Meseta et, d'autre part, la reliera directement au Portugal?

Notes the statement that the Belliard building renovation project remains on schedule in terms of both timing and quality ; asks the two committees nonetheless to submit to the discharge authority by 1 July 2003 a report on the state of progress with regard to invitations to tender for the fitting-out of meeting rooms and containing an assessment of the Belliard project to date from the standpoint of sound financial management;
9. prend note de l'indication selon laquelle le projet de rénovation du bâtiment Belliard reste inchangé, tant pour ce qui est du calendrier que pour ce qui est de la qualité ; invite néanmoins les deux Comités à communiquer à l'autorité de décharge, avant le 1er juillet 2003, un rapport sur l'état d'avancement des appels d'offres relatifs à l'aménagement des salles de réunion contenant une analyse du projet, sous l'angle de la bonne gestion financière;

A progress report will be submitted to heads of state and government at the summit scheduled for 2002.The execution/implementation details will reflect the various types of co-operation machinery (scientific and technological co-operation, economic co-operation and development co-operation) available to the Member States, the Commission and the LA/C countries and must also, naturally, take account of the scientific excellence of the proposed projects [3].
Un rapport d'activité sera présenté aux chefs d'État et de gouvernement lors du sommet prévu pour 2002. Les modalités d'exécution/de mise en oeuvre refléteront les divers types de mécanismes de coopération (coopération scientifique et technologique, coopération économique et coopération au développement) dont disposent les États membres, la Commission et les pays ALC et devront également tenir compte naturellement de la qualité scientifique des projets proposés.
