Rob Moore (Minister of State (Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency), CPC): Mr. Speaker, insofar as the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, ACOA, is concerned, with regard to the Canada-European Union comprehensive economic and trade agreement and the subsequent creation of a federal-provincial fund of $400 million to support industry enhancements in Newfoundland and Labrador, with regard to (a), details of the federal-provincial fund are still being determined.

(EN) The Commission is indeed funding a project, “Support to Provincial Governance” in Afghanistan, worth € 10.3 million, to support those Reconstruction Teams in Afghanistan’ (PRTs) civilian activities which are either led by an EU Member State or have received substantial support from a Member State.
