In French, in the remote sensing community, we often use the term “raw data” to refer to an image which has already been processed whereas, reading between the lines, I get the impression that what is actually being referred to here is what those in the radar field term as signal tape, in other words, non-reconstructed information from the initial processing of the data.
En français, dans le milieu de la télédétection, on utilise souvent la notion de « données brutes » pour désigner une image déjà structurée, alors que le sous-entendu serait probablement, d'après ce que je lis entre les lignes, ce qu'on appelle le signal tapedans le domaine du radar, qui est l'information non reconstruite à partir du traitement primaire des données.
