In the opinion of the Norwegian authorities, the comments regarding the project OPTIMAR do not provide any information related to the four projects which are the subject of the Authority’s decision 60/06/COL, ‘Though it is not explicitly stated, it seems like the third party is of the opinion that illegal State aid has been granted to support a basic research project called Optimisation in Maritime Transportation and Logistics, OPTIMAR.
