...[+++]eir members have experienced in the pursuit of fulfilling their responsibilities to our community, firefighters who have done a great service in terms of public education and awareness to help us deal with burn victims and ensure they have proper services and treatments to recover from serious burns.
Mon collègue a rendu hommage au travail de l'Association internationale des pompiers, de la Fédération canadienne des pompiers morts en service et, évidemment, des 180 000 pompiers de tout le Canada. C'est à mon tour de rendre hommage au travail des pompiers de ma propre collectivité, ceux de la United Fire Fighters of Winnipeg, qui ont pris l'initiative de parler des tragédies qu'ont vécues de nombreux membres de leur association dans l'exercice de leurs fonctions.
